Outlook is offline, not sending emails, or not connected to Exchange

Steps for troubleshooting.

First perform a clean restart by clicking the Windows Button and clicking the power icon to restart

Ensure that Offline Mode is not turned on:

1. In Outlook, on the Send/Receive tab, choose Work Offline to reconnect.

2. Import the registry key from the Public folder called "AutodiscoverFix2023.reg

For Russell this is at \\mainsvr\public

and for Mills this is at \\10.3.6.205\public

click yes to any prompts and once imported log out and back in or restart the PC.
