Scan & Repair Outlook

At times it may be best to scan and repair the Outlook application. This only works for the Outlook Application and not the Outlook via the Office Portal.

Search for Outlook and then right-click the application. Select Open File Location.


From the folder, right-click the outlook application, then find Open File Location in the Outlook Properties.


After navigating to the Outlook folder, find SCANPST and run it.


From the SCANPST application, insert the below like to the user's information and make sure to replace *username* with the current user's username.


C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook


The system should scan through and if possible find issues with Outlook, if it does find any errors

make sure to hit repair and allow it to fix the problems.
