When submitting a ticket please provide your Computer ID to expedite service
the simplest way is to provide a screen shot of the userinfo screen in the top left hand corner of your PCs Desktop
Providing the Host Name will expedite the service and ammount of time it takes to resolve an issue.
If your PC is missing the UserInfo screen you can click the Start Button
And in the search bar type AnyDesk
click the icon that appears and provide us with the this PC can be reached at XY-123456@AD (Note your AnyDesk ID will be different)
Remember never accept a strange anydesk request that doesnt come from IT Support!
